$MARA trading weaker than most ahead (-4%) of EPS this afternoon. Starwood CEO Barry Sternlicht addressed the MARA JV on this morning's REIT ($STWD) call and although he cited "tremendous, unbelievable tenant interest," it sounds like they are still not there on a lease or the financing model.
