$CRWV: Priced $3.1B loan today at S+450 (vs S+500 expected), reinforcing improving credit environment for these guys. Aligns with what $CIFR mentioned on their call yesterday: seeing interesting and improving financing environment for neo-clouds which is leading to them to consider other types of agreements for their DC's (participating in the compute/chips at some sites).
