$TDS

Seeing chatter around $TDS and $USM. Both companies are over-leveraged with struggling ops and badly-incentivized management. I would not touch the equity but I do think the USM notes and the TDS prefs are cheap. USM has tower assets and wireless partnerships worth half its EV.
