$VKTX With CCO leaving and lack of commercial sales force in the company while P3 is only months away it is a signal that M&A will happen either partnership or full BO. They also said several times they are open to strategic partners. I think a deal will happen here and not necessarily after P3. Cash raise could for better negotiating positioning. I dont think NOVO are in a position to be that chill about VKTX and wait and also I dont see ABBV who want it on obesity just watching them have it. Hell even Lilly could join in too. This can all be happening now for all we know. SP is irrelevant. A 10x premium is possible as this is the obesity market and you have a differentiated superior drug.
