The more I think about Zeta Live, the more I believe several things @dsteinberg10000 told @amitisinvesting and me on our @basispointpod interview are being overlooked. Here's one of them. X is full of photos from the event. Photos don't capture the energy. More than $200 billion of decision making power was in the room. CEOs. CMOs. Marketing teams. The people who actually sign the checks. I watched the reactions live at the keynote. Then I walked the floor. A great keynote is one thing. Groups of executives breaking off over coffee to talk about what this means for their own companies is something else. I heard a lot of those conversations. That gave me a completely different read than what you can see from pictures being posted. This next part will make some people mad. I don't care.
