I don’t think anyone is buying the swaps because $ORCL has “too much debt” or is “too highly levered” ….. And if they are, then they might not know how to read financials. The Q1 2027 income statement showed $1.58 EPS, which factors in $1.4bn of quarterly interest expense… this interest is fully burdened for the $43Bn of new debt they have raised thus far for the AI build
