$AAPL venderá 6 millones de unidades de su nuevo Iphone Duo este año, de acuerdo a estimaciones de Counterpoint Research. El primer telefono plegable de la compañía de la manzanita presentado este mes tiene un precio de entrada de USD 1.999 y comenzará a venderse a partir de Octubre. Se proyecta que el mercado de teléfonos plegables crecerá 13% a 22.9 millones de unidades en 2026, ayudado por el nuevo Iphone Duo. Sin ese lanzamiento de Apple, el volumen de ventas globales de plegables mostraría un retroceso. Con la nueva serie 18, Apple alcanzó el 33% del mercado de smartphones en China.
