My Cybercab ride today was ~$2.07 per mile. Per mile cost is probably somewhere around $0.80 - perhaps slightly higher right now. It’ll be sub $0.50 as safety and scale improve. If regulations artificially slow this down, Tesla’s per-mile margin is going to be 75%+ because the supply will be kept artificially lower relative to demand, which means Tesla will be forced to increase prices. I had to wait about 15 minutes for my Cybercab today. Wish it was lower, but this is the world we’ll live in with strict regulations in the near future. Something to think about. $TSLA
