Since everyone is giving their takes on $UBER these days I guess I should chime in I don’t post about them much because it’s one of my smallest positions. But I’m confident I have a much better cost basis than everyone on my feed giving their two cents 😆 I watched from IPO patiently, and finally entered on the other side of the V in late 2022 With sentiment near max lows, I still thought at the time was that we would not see meaningful operational leverage until the cars drove themselves and they no longer had the endless admin headaches of dealing with millions of human drivers. It was a very long term thesis. But then something remarkable happened and Uber became a cash flowing machine just a few quarters after I invested, under the status quo framework. I was pleased.
