As an update here re Mayne Pharma $MYX.AX, I sent a letter to the BoD a few weeks ago highlighting the chronic underperformance of the business; the incongruity of these assets being housed in an Aus-listed shell; the massive delta b/w standalone earnings and acquirer's earnings; the lack of credible standalone path to achieving acquirer's value; and the total lack of alignment at the legacy BoD (ie not Funicular). I further outlined how break-up value could well generate $5-7/share of value for shareholders. I asked for an immediate strategic process mandated to consider all options; two Board seats; and one Director removed. The Board replied in the negative on all aspects of that ask. I am considering any and all potential options.
