Crown jewel Xphozah twilight zoned. Keep the California talent where the pharma ecosystem is. But relocate HQ to Texas, kill the tax drag, and replace Raab. Chairman David Mott has the MedImmune exit and NEA track record to lead it. The board owes shareholders a fiscal and ethical duty. Enough.
