Great insights here from Charles, worth reading. Quick context: Charles is the CEO of DataOne, the infrastructure developer building $NBIS’s flagship data center campus in Vineland, NJ. So ask yourself: Would you rather listen to Michael Burry, whose primary bear case on this point has already been invalidated by actual data? Or the guy who is literally building the infrastructure, working with the equipment, suppliers, timelines and customers, and telling you what he’s seeing from inside the industry? I know which perspective I’m giving more weight.
