$PLTR is up 28% today and it should be... Q2 was a work of art... revenues up 93% YoY... ebitda up 155% YoY Some people love to say $PLTR is too expensive which was true a year ago at 80x NTM revs but after the recent -40% pullback the stock was fairly valued (at worst) and now that we know the Q2 numbers and forward guidance... turns out the stock was undervalued. With the sell side now racing to increase their estimates for the next 12+ months... turns out $PLTR went into Q2 earnings at less than 45x NTM ebitda... perhaps even closer to 40x NTM ebitda (once we see the actual results from next 4 quarters)... which is simply too cheap for a business that's growing revenues at 90-95% with 62% ebitda margins.
