It’s people contemplating the structural impact AI search is having on new users finding its platform & beginning their adoption curves. It’s people wondering if a lack of user growth progress despite management making it their top priority means things have permanently changed. It’s people grappling with growth engine longevity if they can’t figure this out. That is the issue. The company is capable of fixing this issue. They are far from doomed. But they need to show people more evidence that they’re figuring this specific thing out.
