The earnings was spectacular and the market sold them off because they are choosing long term value creation over quick short term wins.The market should give leadership a little bit of rope and let them actually execute. One of the only reasons I wouldn't open a position right now is because of the current Iran war uncertainty and impacts that might have on risk valuations. The CEO @anthonynoto is doing the right thing by prioritizing long term vs his own compensation targets. When the company was trading at highs, he could have just sat back and relaxed but instead too advantage of the disconnect and raised cheap capital, knowing that his own compensation targets would be negatively impacted by the dilution.
