Memory if higher low = TWAP time. I've picked away some, I will not nail the bottom too much carnage. I will be early I will be late, but in order to get over 1/4 size I want to see higher lows $SOXL in agreement and then TWAP along the way. Really the only way to trade this range otherwise trade can be right, but wrong timing. This allows you to average in along the way. I think major risk off into FOMC, buyers strike but, if a natural bounce occurs they'll come back. $MU had some good prices for YOLO calls.
