$ORCL is down a staggering 28 of the last 37 trading days good for -55%. And is now below those April 2025 Liberation Day lows. The Pentagon news that came out on Thursday seemed to have no positive on the stock so far. Negative sentiment is so bad, SO BAD right now.. that just maybe, it’s good?
