$NOK launches commercial AI-Ran platform. Key points from today's release: > Nokia launched the world's first commercial AI-RAN platform, moving AI-RAN from trials into commercial deployment. > The platform is built on Nokia's AI-native anyRAN software and NVIDIA's Aerial AI-RAN platform. > Nokia says it has already demonstrated more than 20% gains in spectral efficiency, with a target of 50% by 2027 and more than 100% by 2028, effectively doubling the capacity of existing spectrum. The platform supports new accelerated computing baseband platforms and is fully Open RAN compliant, allowing operators to upgrade existing networks over time
