$ORCL Capex guidance from Oracle might set the tone for the next leg of the AI infrastructure buildout. The explosion in Memory pricing looks to be a major headwind going forward. As much as Oracle wants to keep up the pace, the credit ratings agencies are getting spooked, though they are expecting moderation in 2028 to balance things out. counterparty risk is becoming a big problem for Oracle.
