$IREN - What I’ve taken from the shareholder letter is that the Board believes the key to IREN’s success over the next few years is keeping the founders with the company for the long term. I disagree with the size of the package. I don’t think you need to offer something this aggressive for them to stay. I also doubt they would even consider leaving now when IREN is just entering its inflection point. But as an investor, you need to decide whether you are looking at this company short term or long term. For me, the biggest takeaway is that the founders and the Board are now thinking about what IREN could become by 2030 and beyond. If you are invested in this company, you probably need to think the same way.
