Good points from @jarad1821 and @BagelC47 on alternate views for $IREN RSU compensation. Expounding on what @jarad1821 said: RSUs have a alignment to protect to the downside with weaker alignment on the upside. If $IREN stock tanks 50%, Dan and Will's RSU comp goes down by 50%. This is downside protection. If IREN goes up by 50%, then Dan and Will comp goes up by 50%. If IREN dilutes the chances of IREN going up 50% decreases and Dan and Will's comp chance of going up 50% decreases. @BagelC47 post points out the valid fact that hard KPIs may cause a time misalignment with pressure to meet short term metrics over long term goals: https://t.co/yhs021kFAy
