$RKLB says VICTUS HAZE makes it the first company to deliver both responsive launch and an RPO-capable satellite for a U.S. Space Force TacRS mission. Rocket Lab designed and built the spacecraft, launched it on Electron and is now operating it on orbit showing true end-to-end space capability.
