$AIXI If you believe that $AAPL was allowed to infringe on Siri patents in China from 2011 to 2024 without having to pay for the damages caused by those patents, you should think again. If you believe that $AIXI successfully had these patent infringements upheld by China’s highest court and is now doing nothing about it, you should think again. As one of the biggest USA corporation, you can’t simply abuse patents in „hostile territory“ without being held accountable. We’re talking about 13 years here—a period Apple can’t just brush aside. Not even with the most sincere apology and the most fervent prayers. And it’s completely irrelevant whether Apple now wants to set up a new system for Siri. The damage is done. It is in Apple’s best interest to keep its access to the Chinese market open.
