$ONDS just got sued by XiDrone Systems, a company who has never won a lawsuit and thinks they invented C-UAS 🤣 XiDrone is claiming they invented the concept of integrated counter-drone systems and everyone building them owes them a royalty. Who is XiDrone Systems? A small, unfunded company based in Naples, Florida. Founded 2014. Never raised a dollar of outside capital. No known products in deployment. Their business model, as best as anyone can tell, is this lawsuit. What is their strategy? 1. Find companies deploying counter-UAS technology at high-profile venues. 2. Assert broad early patents. 3.
