$BSL

Just to reiterate - I do not have a strong view on whether $BSL.AX BoD will accep this new bid...but they definitely should. In their own defence doc they articulated just $36/share in total value, using a VERY suspect number for land value. $34/share adjusted, near-term, with low execution risk, is the very definition of full value, on your own terms. It would be borderline malpractice to reject (imo). If I were a shareholder I would lobby hard for acceptance and perhaps a short go-shop... Disclosure: no current position.
