$LQDA CEO RJ at Jefferies in London this morning did a exceptional presentation. He covered legal matters. Company hasn't changed time and expects to win but is ready in case they don't. They want to make sure PH-ILD patients will still have access to a better drug. He did mention Claim 14 DPI so it seems that is the claim everyone is worried about. He explained why L606 is better than TPIP. He doesn't believe TPIP is better as a once a day and should've been studied for twice a day. He was clear that TPIP P2 trial had flaws that P3 will be a lot harder (background therapies will make it harder).
