Cloudflare $NET acquiring Replicate, a win-win for both. Cloudflare just upleveled the inference capabilities of Workers, expanded their available OSS models (plus closed models GPT5 & Claude Sonnet), and will soon add Replicate's fine-tuning & custom models via containers. Replicate stays as its own standalone platform, but will now be backed by Workers/AI (Cloudflare's GPUs). Look for them to add way more agentic & tool orchestration capabilities from here.
