If the indices can break out of recent ranges, I would expect stocks like $DVLT to follow suit. Coiling nicely after a big run up. Super liquid at $200+ million DDV and incredibly frisky with 24% ADR, with only 35million float. Double digit earnings growth, triple digit sales growth.
