One of the main weaknesses with $HIMS compared to Netflix and Spotify is churn. You may stop treatment because you’ve achieved your goal or aren’t seeing results anymore. But as we get older, we’ll need other treatments, and I believe some customers will come back as more categories are added. Hopefully, Labs AI will also give them a reason to stay. Once all your health history and test results are on HIMS, would you want to start again somewhere else? The longer you use it, the more history your clinicians have to help understand your health and choose the right treatments. That could help bring churn down over time.
