$HUM.AX lots of questions, people assuming Abercrombie can vote against the Rem and cause a 2nd strike by himself. this is NOT true - he was a named KMP during the year (in the Rem Report), meaning legally he CANNOT vote on the Rem Report resolution. hence, it is well within shareholders' control to vote FOR the Rem Report and hence avoid a second strike + give AA no opportunity to spill the new BoD.
