$ASTS AST has the advantage in the Grain negotiations. Grain can either work with AST… or they can get nothing. Because the FCC says the spectrum MUST be used… meaning Grain or SpaceX can’t just buy it and sit on it. And AST is the only company that has that slice of Spectrum built into its satellites already and can deploy it over the next three years. So either make a deal… for the FCC will take the Spectrum and give it to AST. Simple as that.
