$NBIS 7-8% dilution in 2030 and 2034 doesn't look a big deal. We knew it was coming at some point. Feels like good timing. The market always does a knee-jerk. $4.5B gives them lots of ammo. And they have a few years to scale-up to MASSIVE revenue. Clearly looking like the next AWS. The hyperscalers can't compete on price or performance. Nebius crushing it. Easy long-term hold.
