AI Buildout: Headcount for Funding $ORCL will have second round of layoffs this fall to make cashflow for AI buildout. One major source of cashflow for AI is cutting headcount. Laid off families will spend less which will drive inflation. This will suppress rates which will allow AI financing to continue. If enough workers are laid off then stimulus will be needed reinforcing the cycle.
