$SPCX post-IPO lock-up period is ending for around 912 million shares. Until now, employees and early investors were restricted from selling those shares. From tomorrow, they are allowed to sell them on the public market. It does not mean all 912 million shares will automatically be sold. The shares already exist, so this is not dilution. It simply creates the possibility of much more selling. Because SpaceX currently has a relatively small number of publicly traded shares, this unlock could more than double the available supply. If many insiders decide to take profits, the stock could face short-term selling pressure and volatility. I think there will be meaningful selling, particularly from early investors. Early investors may have held SpaceX for more than a decade. Venture funds
