Button (downgraded Kenny G algo) giving investors another chance to buy $ASTS under $70 as it’s totally unaware that $SPCX just implicitly confirmed that $TMUS is switching to ASTS, effectively giving them a monopoly on the most valuable mobile market in the world. The strategic value of ASTS to MNOs cannot be overstated. There is no other option for MNOs. Furthermore, if SPCX is willing to spend even more CAPEX to pursue this market (including building out terrestrial to compete) it should be a strong signal at just how massive the TAM is. Call me crazy but my opinion is ASTS should triple when the market wakes up to this reality. And that’s probably too low.
