I have seen a lot of back and forth on $SOFI EPS. Here is my interpretation which I plan on discussing on this week's @basispointpod The EPS dip is a tax story not a business story. Pre-tax income grew QoQ from $199.6 million to $204.3 million while the effective tax rate jumped from 16.4% to 23.4%. The entire decline happened below the operating line. Pre-tax income grew 82% YoY and net income grew 61% and the only reason those differ is that last year's Q2 tax rate was just 13.3%. The $0.60 guide is adjusted diluted EPS and H1 came in at $0.24. That implies roughly $0.36 in H2 at about $0.18 per quarter which is a 50% step up from Q2's $0.12. Revenue guidance went up to $4.75 to $4.85 billion from about $4.655 billion and SOFI held the $825 million adjusted net income guide at a 22
