Space applications are the most valuable layer of the entire space economy, and $RKLB positioned itself to own them. Rockets don't make the money. Satellites don't make the money. The applications running on top of them do. The subscriptions, the data, the services, that's where the recurring revenue lives. SpaceX figured this out with Starlink: the rocket is the cost center, the application is the business. Peter Beck laid out the formula himself: launch plus spacecraft plus spectrum equals space applications. Rocket Lab already owned the first two. Iridium completed the equation. And look at what applications actually look like. Direct to device, ordinary phones and cars connecting straight to satellites, rolling out as a software upgrade while competitors have to launch new hardwar
