$META to release AI model for image creation, plans to replace third-party AI image models with its proprietary models. The market is still severely discounting the value of $META's AI arm, both in terms of compute and data center value (as a compute provider) as well as an AI model lab. The models they ship do not have to be SOTA out of the gate, but good "worker" models, especially if China starts limiting open-source models.
