MIND THE ROTATION? There's a lot of evidence growing that we should expect a rotation ahead. (1) You can see that many of the factors we track are simultaneously at extremes. That usually marks a rotation ahead. (2) Oil prices are coming down -- we're back to $77 / barrel. (3) Rate sensitive names are doing well. These last two drivers help the non-AI real economy. (4) 8 out of 11 sectors were *up* today in the market, despite tech and energy indices down. Tech and energy sectors also have high momentum, which is increasingly extended. (5) Stocks with high earnings yield have done very well in the last few months, and no one is talking about them.
