Why wouldn't $PLTR work from here? Yeah, yeah I get it... 38x sales. Sky-high. But? A 50% net income margin means 38x sales = 76x EPS. And? When you're expected to compound EPS at a 3-year clip of 58%, 76x forward means a modest 1.30x PEG. Not to mention this company obliterates forward estimates every quarter... so the true multiple is likely lower. And I think tangible, unique value creation does support sustainable pricing power here. So again I ask... despite the lofty sales multiple... why wouldn't this work from here? 🤔
