@matthew_sigel I don’t need to use “NEXT YEARS EARNINGS” to figure out these are crummy deals. Using your figures, it is taking $IREN $4.20 in capital to generate $1.00 of revenues, and $0.85 of EBITDA. Using 10-yr life, which is very favorable to the Company, the pre-tax ROIC is about 10%.
