His Prior average return was 30% from 1977-1990. This particular Fidelity International is roughly 20-21% average return. It was a bit sad to see Howard Marks out, but I can't blame his Fund to move to 15-20% yield in SEA right now. Oaktree is more of a yield/debt investor.
