An independent hospital is presenting case data at ATS next week on transitioning parenteral treprostinil patients to YUTREPIA + sotatercept. Done outside LQDA's control fyi. KOL-driven, organic adoption. $UTHR on the other hand, is presenting their own poster: "Real-world Dosing of Parenteral Treprostinil Post-Sotatercept Launch" (Poster B67, Monday May 18) That's UTHR documenting their Remodulin franchise erosion. Sotatercept is opening the locked-in parenteral pool. The reason Yutrepia wins here is very simple. ASCENT showed dose escalation to median 185 mcg (~75% above Tyvaso DPI labeled max).
