US (and UK) frens...$MFG.AX gave up 60% of the pro-forma entity, via shareholder vote, without even showing its shareholders a current BALANCE SHEET for the merging entity. A balance sheet. Naturally a bunch of these directors sit on both co boards. and had access to said info (the mergee B/S), all whilst participating in the placement that funded the deal. this shit is just insane
