That Will Never Work: The Birth of Netflix and the Amazing Life of an Idea by @marcrandolph is the 3rd & perhaps best book I've read on $NFLX. It's been under-discussed on FinTwit & the parts on building an enduring biz amidst the Dot Com blowup are especially timely.
