$BBXIA. Updating this one again. O/S declined 15% in '21 from 19.3M to 16.3M. Buybacks will continue as co announced a new 15M share repurchase in January. Book value is $20.79; +~30% YoY. Share price is more than 50% below BV @ $9.78.
